Please, find the shipping info on the individual product page. 

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from various warehouses. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

We ship to all European countries, and some brands ship to other continents. You will find the info on the product page of each product.

Before you return an article, please consider whether it is essential because every return and shipment contributes to CO2 emissions. If you still want to return a purchased product, please get in touch with us using the contact form. Please do not send it freight collect. Together we will find the right way of return.

Once your purchase is complete with your tracking information, you should receive an email. If you have not received said email or cannot seem to locate your order, please visit our contact page and write us a message in our comment box.

Most of the products are shipped by the design label, not Liv & Grace.

Liv&Grace products are shipped by Liv&Grace, Barcelona.

We’ll gladly accept returns on unworn items in their original condition; this includes unwashed clothing that still has the tags attached and shoes in their boxes. You will find the return conditions on the product page.

This depends upon the brand; some of our designers offer free returns, whereas others charge a fee. Please see the individual product on its product page to understand your return option for that product. However, if you wish to exchange your product for store credit, Liv&Grace will waive the return fee.

Returns and exchanges are best done through our Login portal. This ensures that your return information is processed and your shopping history is all in one place. If you haven’t created a Login, please Sign Up. If not, make sure to contact us via our Contact Page about your return and or exchange; our team will get back to you within 48 hours. Then, please log in to your Liv & Grace account and head to the Orders & Returns page to initiate your return.
