Our founding team is vegan, and so are all the products sold on our website. Our goal is to provide you with the best vegan fashion items the industry offers. Many of the brands found on our platform have vegan, ethical, and/or sustainable certifications.

Most of the designers found within the Liv&Grace Collection are European and therefore use European sizing. There are, however, some that differ. You can find all the sizing info on our product page. Click on the product you’re interested in, and you will be brought to its product page, where you should find all the information needed. Our team conducts research and looks deeply into the designers we feature. We review the material they use, the reviews they receive, and overall general feedback towards the brand. We then communicate one-to-one with a brand representative and ask questions about the creation process, sustainability approach, and overall work environment. We also look for greenwashing red flags and look for specific certifications such as PETA Approved and or Fairtrade Certified, to name a few.

All PETA-approved goods are cruelty-free and contain no aminal derivates. It means that items have PETA’s stamp of assurance verifying that the developers or designers have not conducted or commissioned any animal tests on ingredients, formulations, or finished products. They pledge not to do so in the future.

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is recognized worldwide as one of the top certification requirements for organic textiles. This Standard covers everything from harvesting raw materials, environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing to labeling; textiles certified to GOTS provide a credible assurance to customers and consumers around the globe.

Oeko-Tex is a trademark that represents product labels and certifications provided by the International Association for Research and Testing, specifically in textile and leather ecology. This means that textiles and leather have been tested for harmful substances at all processing levels and certify the environmentally and socially responsible production conditions of production facilities. Test and audits are performed according to internationally standardized guidelines to ensure conformity and environmental protection. The criteria catalog is continuously updated.

The Fairtrade Mark attributed by Fairtrade International is among the most popular and recognized ethical certifications. A company that has this certification has proven to have the wellbeing of its workers and farmers in mind. In addition, the Fairtrade organization makes sure that products produced are done so by people who are paid fair wages for their labor.

Organic cotton is non-GMO and contains fewer chemicals than conventional cotton. However, according to the Organic Trade Association, non-organic cotton contains many chemicals and accounts for 25% of global pesticide use. We believe in the importance of protecting the earth, workers, and your skin. Therefore, we only sell organic cotton items. Cotton grown organically doesn’t harm rivers or streams due to hazardous runoff, and it won’t exacerbate health issues, damage the soil, or cause skin irritation.
